Managing Partner

Prior to Ceres, TJ was VP, Operations at Technorati Media where he oversaw all sales and technical platform support teams relating to media delivery. Prior to Technorati Media, TJ held multiple positions at Monster Worldwide. His tenure began as Director of Product Management with Military.com, where he led product development related to lead generation efforts. TJ then served as Director, Advertising Operations, Europe, and then as Sr. Director, Lead Generation Operations, overseeing all lead generation operations for the US family of sites. Previous to Monster, he was Director of Advertising Operations for Kontera.com, where he developed and oversaw execution of all processes for the effective management of online advertising campaigns and support of the publisher network. TJ has a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.




Prior to Ceres Digital, Heather was the Vice President of Brand Partnerships at Chegg Inc., transforming the way millions of students learn by connecting them to the people and tools needed to succeed in college. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Sales for Zinch, where she led global sales and account management efforts in the education space. Previous to Zinch, she served as the Senior Director of Lead Sales and Account Management at Monster Worldwide, where she led sales, lead generation and client success initiatives across the Monster portfolio of sites, including but not limited to Fastweb, Military.com, Monster Worldwide and Affinity labs properties. Heather came to Monster from database marketing giant Infousa.com, where she marketed and managed their Private Label division. Heather also worked in the marketing and sponsorships division of the National Football League in New York. An Oregon native, Heather earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Oregon with a concentration in Sports Marketing.​

Chirag Raval has worked with multiple AdTech companies like AOL and Google. Chirag is one of the four Global Top Contributors and the only Mentor for Google DFP (now Ad Manager). Chirag started his career as an Ad Trafficker and grew into a leadership role over the past 13 years. Chirag's experience helps us in best understanding the client/project requirement and managing the operations team internally to deliver the highest quality service. Chirag holds a Bachelors of Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering and loves to collect the latest gadgets in the market when he's not helping the Ad-Ops world.




Melissa is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of sales leadership experience ranging from start-up environments to large matrixed organizations at companies including Wired, Monster Worldwide, Viant, and Advance Local Media.  She is passionate about media and has successfully pivoted throughout her career to remain in lockstep with the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.   While her product knowledge is impressive, what makes Melissa stand out from her peers is her genuine investment in each member of her team, her ability to lead through change, her collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, her ability to quickly build client relationships, and her proven track record of delivering results. She thrives in environments that allow her to: work closely with sales to coach, mentor and develop sales talent; implement structure and a focused go-to-market approach to win new and grow existing business; leverage her creativity in positioning new products; work cross functionally to streamline sales processes and scale for growth; manage through change and provide accountability and consistency while creating a positive and supportive work culture.
